AJ conducts a comprehensive, root-cause investigation of your home's building systems, evaluating every component that could be contributing to moisture intrusion, air quality failure, or conditions that allow mold to grow and recur.
Assessment of your home's air barrier, insulation continuity, and vapor management strategy to identify pathways where moisture is entering or accumulating within the building assembly. This is where most remediations fall short: they treat the growth, not the pathway.
Using diagnostic tools including moisture meters, thermal imaging, and direct investigation of crawlspaces, attics, and wall assemblies, AJ traces moisture back to its source. Every moisture problem has a cause. This is how we find it.
